Information : “Arusuvai an introduction to Tamil Cuisine” 3rd edition was released by Shri Apurva Varma IAS, Principal Secretary Tourism, in a function at IHM Chennai 15th Nov. Book was presented by Celebrity Chefs and IHM under the leadership of Shri Rajmohan, Principal. This gave us the thought that Tamil Cuisine is our strength in marketing Tamil Nadu as a destination in the coming days. TTM will certainly carry this value add an element in Tourism promotion with the support of IHM Chennai. Thanks and congrats to the whole team for their great effort in bringing the 3rd edition. 💐💐 A lot of research done on Tamil Nadu Cuisine by Team IHM and the Chefs in various towns. Exe Chefs who have contributed to the book includes: Chef Varun Mohan, ITC Grand Chola Chef Anand Leo, Hotel Turia Chef Ashok, Residency Group Chef Virgil James, SKB & JOOT Chef Devakumar, Crowne Plaza, Chennai All hotels in Tamil Nadu should promote one such regional dish to promote Tamil Nadu as a destination for Culinary.
